Supervision

Supervision

Supervision offers a valuable space to step back and reflect on your work with clients alongside another therapist.
Creating this distance allows for fresh perspective, deeper insight, and a more thoughtful understanding of both the therapeutic process and the relationship.

It’s a place to slow things down—so your work can stay dynamic, responsive, and alive.

When working closely with clients, processes such as transference and countertransference are inevitable. Yet when you are “in it”, they are not always easy to recognise or make sense of.

Supervision provides the space to explore these dynamics more clearly, process what is emerging, and consider how you might engage with them differently and more effectively.

My Approach

I specialise in IFS and Integrative Psychotherapy Supervision.

My approach is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which gently widens the lens of exploration.

This means we don’t only focus on the client and the intervention used, but also explore the work through multiple interconnected perspectives, including:

  • the client and their system

  • your internal process and parts

  • the therapeutic relationship

  • wider systemic influences

  • and the supervision relationship itself

Alongside this I draw on the wisdom of Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting you to:

  • stay connected to Self

  • recognise and work with your own parts in the therapeutic process

  • build confidence in how you respond to what arises in sessions

This integrated approach creates a supervision space that is both experientially deep and practically grounded—supporting your development as a practitioner, strengthening your insight, and helping you navigate complexity with greater clarity and ease.

What Supervision Offers

Supervision is not about being given answers.
It is about developing the capacity to see more clearly, think more freely, and stay more connected in your work.

It offers a space where:

  • you don’t have to hold everything on your own, as being witnessed in your work changes how you show up for it.

  • your experience as a therapist is given attention and care

  • your practice can continue to evolve with intention, as every conversation or exploration in supervision is an investment in every future client.

Fees for Supervision:

I am currently offering a low cost fee of £50 per 1 hr apppointment, while i work towards my required hours for certification. This will will increase once certified.
